Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crack the Code Multiplayer mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator Identity
The Service is provided by Bodron Cosmin (sole developer), Romania. Contact: support@crackthecodemultiplayer.com.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the Service.
- If you are under the age required in your region, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent/guardian.
3. Account and Security
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our fair‑play rules.
4. Gameplay and Fair‑Play Rules
- No cheating, reverse engineering, automation/bots, packet tampering, collusion or match‑fixing.
- We may use automated and manual review to detect fraud/abuse. If we suspect abuse, we may suspend, reset points, disqualify from rewards, or ban accounts and devices.
- Virtual items, rankings and points have no monetary value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Seasons, Rankings and Rewards
- Each season starts on the 1st day of the month and ends on the 25th (UTC unless otherwise specified in‑app).
- Final standings are computed from ELO points; tie‑breakers may include activity timestamps.
- Winners may receive non‑cash rewards (e.g., gift cards). Availability may vary by region and age.
- Winners must claim their reward within 15 days from season end. After this window, unclaimed rewards may be reassigned to the next eligible player.
- We may require identity or eligibility verification before delivering a reward. If fraud, abuse or ineligibility is detected, we may revoke the reward and reassign it.
- Taxes or reporting requirements (if any) are the winner’s responsibility.
6. Ads and Communications
- The app may display advertising provided by a mobile ad partner.
- We may offer optional in‑app purchases where available.
- We may send service and security emails. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.
- In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), we request advertising consent via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change preferences in‑app via Profile → Manage ads consent. If you do not consent, we show only non‑personalized ads.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Do not harass, threaten or impersonate others, or post illegal or infringing content.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Service and its content. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
9. User‑Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., usernames, avatars, chat), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and warrant that you have the necessary rights.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, legal requests, or risk to the integrity of the Service.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.
12. No Gambling
The Service does not constitute gambling. Gameplay outcomes depend on user skill and strategy rather than chance, there are no entry fees or stakes, and rewards (such as gift cards) are free, non‑cash promotional prizes granted based on merit (e.g., ranking). There is no mechanism to wager, deposit, or win money from the Service.
13. Consumer Rights and Withdrawals
If you purchase digital content or services, you may have statutory rights (e.g., in the EU: a 14‑day withdrawal right). You expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that once the download or streaming begins, you lose the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This does not affect your legal rights.
14. Dispute Resolution and ODR
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in‑app or on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and competent courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Contact
For questions, contact support at support@crackthecodemultiplayer.com or via the app.
Note for app stores: This Service contains skill‑based gameplay, may display ads, and may offer optional in‑app purchases. No gambling mechanics.
